Stevens Marine needed to position themselves as the market leader in N.W. boating. This is a highly-competitive category with hundreds of direct competitors vying for a share of a declining regional market. A large, experienced, volume boat dealer, their website failed to accurately reflect their market strengths. BDC worked with Stevens Marine to develop a hard-hitting, deep, content-rich site with several back-end tools for inventory management, tracking and updates.
